NO, it harms both NL1 and the French Elite's credibility and benefits noone but Toulouse and may not even benefit them if the excess travelling ruins them

In as far as helping the answer is NO.

but saying that how do any of the other clubs promoted from NL2 help us?

It's something different and will be a nice couple of days away for the hardened NL1 fans.
