Cas have full planning permission and have for over a year now.

Depends what conditions are imposed on them from the Planning Inspectorate. That may delay things further.

That was for the original plan, hotel, n other stuff so thats no good now as the hotel company have pulled out. Altered plans will have to be submitted but as I say, they shouldn't cause any major issues.

The hotel is irrelevant. It's separate to the stadium plans.

Those things will have to have full PP submitted for them separately. But they aren't needed for the stadium.

You're wrong. Cas have full planning permission. Be told

We could do with some cash though to build it with.

i didnt mean to start an argument between cas and wakey fans so if youve both got planning have you both got the funding to build them

Basically, we have the funding but no planning permission (due on the 19th June)

Cas have planning permission but no funding due to issues around the sale of Wheldon Rd.

Hopefully both clubs can overcome the remaining hurdles and deliver 2 stadiums to the district.
