If it means Fax need to win the last game of the regular season (bearing in mind Toulouse play the day before), then it should produce a cracking game at the Shay on 23rd July.

The Fax team of 2017 aren't blessed with a lot of guile or skill, but have spirit in abundance.

Thankyou for your honest response. I've heard that Sio's injury is minor and he'll be Ok for the next game. You've highlighted some of our best players, but Murrell is the guy who keeps things going for us when the going gets tough.

Strange game today.from 20-6 up really poor result.dumb play combined with not stopping a big Toulose side when getting a roll on.their full back was good.feel bad for fax more than ourselves after that.Think we put cue on the rack thinking game was won then couldn't get back up to speed.If we turn up next week with same attitude then fax should be ok.lots of work for Sheens

Well done Toulouse, their top 4 spot is well deserved. Some unlucky middle 8's club may now face 2 trips to France in 7 games which will be no mean feat.

No but if fev lose next week in Toulose and KR win away at fax then I believe superior points diff puts Fax 5th?If our lads had done the job properly today it would have been settled.Poor on field management and after signs of real promise this is a set back.Saying that I think players know when games really matter and it's ok Sheens saying he wants professional attitude every match but there didn't seem any real urgency from us.

TBF to Gallenteer I agreed with his view on it. Funny game isn't it?If we repeat that performance next week then a pumped up Fax will rightly claim play off spot.I suspect what should have been a low key regular season last game will be like a Ko game for Fax and we've made the situation ourselves today.
