Well seen as people are including some non SL ones

Brett Delaney - Featherstone = retired due to injury

Reoccurrence of a bad facial injury he suffered for Leeds last year that has left him with vision problems and requires more surgery.

A real unsung member of the Leeds team, not one that did or will in the future get the mentions that others did/will but one of those players that teams have especially in the back row that other clubs fans don’t rate but their own fans recognise the work and effort they put in. He was one of those that definitely gave you everything and ran his blood to water with no thought of self preservation. Also holds the record for most CC Final appearances by an Australian with 5.

Always rated him myself. Would have had at saints in a flash

Leeds to Featherstone on permanent deals

Leeds fans thinking it’s an interesting move in terms of they think we’re making space for a new signing. Forgetting that Brett Delaney retired 24 hours and Fev had some cap space from it and need bodies and that’s why it’ll have happened.

Considering we couldn’t afford a top quality prop in Nov/Dec and have since have signed James Donaldson who’ll be on similar to Walters then we’ve effectively only lost Ormondroyd’s wage since that Nov/Dec period where we didn’t have space for another top signing. I doubt Ormondroyd’s wage is enough to give us cap space to sign anyone of significance.

Or it could be Kyle Turner from Souths ?

I see Brad Singleton also playing for Fev this weekend even though he is named in tonight's squad - could he be on his way out ?

If I supported Fev ( ) I wouldn't be too happy with this. Fev are basically Leeds "A" at the moment and it devalues them (and the second division) to have ringers like Singleton playing. They are only surviving with loanee's and Duel Reg' players - not good for them or the Championship IMO.

Yes agree with that he was lucky to play with some of the best players of is generation any were else he would have been rubbish
