Both I belive.
We are apparently close to announcing details of our plans for the South of craven park so if that comes off with the current works to the North and East stands then that will give us around a 14k stadium with proper corporate facilities which should be enough to help us push on.
When that happens the the 'Best' stand (Roger Millward stand) will be by far the worst stand at craven park.
