I cannot understand why you will not be seeing your club playing the top teams: you will in the 23 games.

As for the arrogance of buying a season ticket to ensure you see your team beat Wigan, Warrington and Leeds in the play-offs ... not even we Red Devils go there

I don't like it but it does give some hope to Sheffield, Leigh etc.

Thats rugby and most other sports, tough luck thats how it goes. All the time everyone can moan about injuries and use them as excuses.

Yes, so finishing 9th is absolutely pointless. There is literally no difference to finishing 9th as opposed to finishing 12th. There is no difference between scoring 20points and finishing 9th missing out on the play-offs on points difference, than scoring 0 points and finishing 12th.

And if a team finishing 9th should be comfortably good enough to stay in SL anyway, why are they playing in this 7 game play-off?

Win 4 of 7 of the 2nd part of the season absolutely nothing that happened in the previous 22 rounds matters.

at the moment the clubs outside the playoffs have absolutely nothing to play for so whats different.

maybe in football supporters of teams like Aston Villa in the premier should just pack in supporting them, because they are in mid table, may as well just pack the team in whats the point in playing 38 dead games

no one knows the results of games before the season starts, they always should always be top 8. Like in alsports they are not dead games until they have ultimately failed to reach their goals

so does this come into effect in the 2015 season? Lets see if these championship clubs now just sign a lot of overseas players and if there crowds actually increase. They don't or not enough for the challenge cup.

The clubs were unanimous in their view that Super League should become a 12-team competition from 2015 and that there should be meaningful movement between Super League and the Championships

but in the premier league they dont get 2/3rds through the season forget everything that has happened then start all over again. Whatever points Aston Villa earn in the PL are what they earn in the PL.

Under this structure you can earn 20 points in the 22 games, if you dont qualify for the 8, those wins are completely discarded
