Blakely did 'play' for us a few times, remember him scoring a try against Wigan. As part of bringing him in, we moved Briers to fullback. It really didnt work, and Briers ended up back at 6 and Blakely left.

During the SL era there have been loads of players who I have forgotten played for us, as our player turnover was really high for a few years.

It's strange when you think back and players like Paul Hulme and George Mann have played for us...
