That only counts if the four or five clubs ahead of them in a league table even qualify for Superleague, in terms of their finances and other criteria. Leigh may be ahead of them due to Mr. Beaumont (but I doubt this). Featherstone are not ahead of them as their owner cannot afford SL and has a club that is generally Leeds "A" team.
You have no idea what deal Bradford council may be doing over Odsal to get the Bulls back there, you have no idea the extent to which Mark Sawyer may be involved and organising a board of directors with Nigel Wood that may have the finances to compete at the top again. Most of all you are oblivious to how far the SL bosses may want to go to ensure Bulls return or maybe Newcastle provide some real expansion or both. Certainly SL bosses asked Bulls and Newcastle to run reserves - they didn't ask Fev or leigh did they?
Don't you remember a time when the league table was a total irrelevance? It was not that long ago.
Sorry bud.
It's irrelevant what deal Bradford Council may be prepared to offer The Bulls
Right now, they are a long way from being the "SL elect" and as for Newcastle, again, not yet.
Are you seriously suggesting that ANY club should be promoted by committee, with on field performance completely disregarded ??
Let them (any club) earn promotion properly, on the field of play and by the agreed system.
I cannot comprehend how ANY club could just get a free pass into the top flight - it's a ridiculous concept and assuming anyone has enough money left, there would be lawsuits aplenty if we go your route.
You do remember that this is the same Bradford Bulls that walked away from their previous agreement leaving the rest of the sport to pick up the tab and now you want some (very) special treatment for them.
You complain when I pick up on some of your posts and have a go but, with stuff like this, it's hard not to respond.
