Open season again, might as well risk taking out the best player of the opposing team hedging your bets that you won't even get sin-binned (especially if Hicks is in charge) and opposing team down an interchange (Edit to add interchange player). Then as you can rely on the disciplinary to hand out any subsequent meaningful ban it's basically saying you can cheat/play dirty to win a game and we won't punish you for it.
Utterly clueless (again)
If we can get Washbrook to smash the fook out of Smith or Tomkins in the first 10-20 minutes on the 29th rendering them unable to play for the rest of the game then we can handle a one game ban no problem.
Handing out bans on the basis of the severity of the injury is a joke and completely illogical, intent as per the law trumps outcome, it's why attempted murder is much much more serious than manslaughter.
