Given that some players have had their visa rejested for DD, assault could easily get him rejected. Hulls loss could be a Bartercard Cup teams gain. I wouldn't worry, dear old Gronk will be there as a witness swearing blind the CCTV shows it wasn't Rangi's fist but that Rangi hit the bloke with his backside. He may struggle though, Greg Eastwood's visa was delayed for a year over a bloody speeding conviction, I think he'll be lucky to get a visa with a GBH conviction.

That was one of the most ridiculous things to happen in regards to transfers I've seen in RL...apart from maybe the Higham to Bradford then to Wigan on the same day thing

Someone who works with UKBA on visa applications has suggested that this shouldn't be the sort of issue the press are making it out to be. I guess we'll see.

If he doesn't get a visa does that mean he gets dropped from the England team?
