Some might look at this as being harsh but I think it's fair. When are the Rugby League going to stop persisting with this fantasy expansion. If it hasn't worked by now, it never will! I'm all for reaching out to a wider audience with our game but not at the expense of historical clubs in the homelands.

The quality was not good , but because there was a decent crowd and the game was always in the balance it was an entertaining day

Poor crowd really, I remember in the NFP days when Leigh would bring four or five times as many. And Widnes speccies these days are as bad as Bradford's fans.
It's a shame, but I can't see the Championship going anywhere but downhill.
