I mean, between the national schoolboys comp, Harold Matthews comp, Jersey Flegg comp, Premier League comp, National Rugby League competition as well as every single under open age competition we have in Australia.....do you really, honestly think that you would fine even 2 or 3 players in the UK that would get close to cracking the list of top teenagers in the game?

Israel Folau comes out of no where, breaks the record for tries scored by a rookie, is talked about as being as good as Mal Meninga by some of the games best judges, wins a Minor Premiership, an NRL title, is the youngest player in Australian Rugby League test match history, dominates at every level through the entire season against the worlds best.....

But as said - there may be one or two exceptions in SL - But the rest should be filled with NRL players - There league is so far in front of ours - and so is there youth development

This list was produced a while back it is not a recent thing so is it not possible he could have been 19 at the time it was being done?

This list is a bit of a mish mash anyway, i applaud those that have attempted to do it but it is a very very difficult thing to do especially with players who have had little or no exposure to first team rugby.

I would say there are some glaring omissions from the Academy and Reserve ranks in the UK, that are far superior prospects to those that have made it.

I think it is easy to attempt to rank a top 10 maybe even 20 after this point realistically it becomes a very very big ask indeed.
