JESUS WEPT :WALL: HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.

There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them. :BEAT:

How so?
The IMF, World Bank and CIA rank Canada as having an average GDP of $46,700 US........and the UK $43,300, so an 8% difference......not 5 times anything....in fact a Canadian income considerably lower than that of the UK across the nation when you consider what you have to pay for out of your extra US $10 a day........Maybe a Pint or a Hot Dog, as that's what attracting fans to Lamport given they were all hiding in the beer tent at the weekend :SUBMISSION:

You just gave me the biggest laugh of the day....you people are living in poverty compared to us and anyone who has been around knows it....you gotta try and get out of that row housing and see a bit of the world. Just the intrinsic value of our nation (2nd largest in World) could buy and sell your little island 100 times over...your puny island is like a speck of gold dust to us....we are sitting on the big main vein...we are the 'Mother Lode'...just look at the TWP....money to burn.

Chew on this.....

863,492 Canadians accessed foodbanks in March 2016.......that's an increase of 28% from 2008.

Maybe open a soup kitchen on match days.....that'll add a few more to the gate at Lamport

Toulouse's match against Leigh next Saturday in Albi will be a big indicator of where the different Championship clubs stand.

BTW the architecture of the old centre of Albi is a great sight to see aesthetically. It is far different from the grim 19th century industrial towns of Britain. Leigh visitors should take a peek while they are in the area.

Oh you mean the mining towns where the sport was born? You now class it as the M62 corridor.. Yes,the sport was born here not in Albi, and to be honest its easier to get travel to BongaWonga, than Toulouse.

Its a huge game for both teams...you guys gotta win!....Then we will be able to finish any hopes Leigh have of making the middle 8's when we clobber them...you guys must win if you want us to finish them....its for the good of everyone involved.

Run them into the ground Toulouse you good thing!
