Seems to have gone unnoticed SBW was made available to Roosters 2 week before Toronto withdrew from SL as the agent and Chairmen knew Toronto never intended to honour fixtures and payments. Makes the presentation and demands to be funded last week a charade and the RFL must know it's lie after lie?
Oh absolutely......
There appears to be no way the RFL or Superleague want to enter into a slanging match in public so a really cheesed off Argylle can spout all kinds of stuff. That is probably the right stance to take despite it allowing Argyle to sound off.
But the thing was that Superleague didn't want them, but used them to do a deal with Rimmer to remove Middle eights and MPG, in return for TWP going up. Once TWP were up they signed SBW to try to give the game here something big in the absence of developing a new player pool in NA. It didn't really ingratiate him with the SL bosses and when TWP lost six in a row Argylle must have heard the SL bosses laughing.........
Meanwhile the opportunity to invest in Melbourne Storm came along, home sweet home for Argyle. So he's quit from where he's not wanted and has just been getting what revenge he can. Eventually he'll shut up and go
