Stephen Wild's a good signing though.

Why is the signing of Wild a less damning indictment of Salford's youth set-up than Anderdson or Feka? Established players, wherever they come from, limit opportunities for youngsters. Bringing in established foreigners rather than established Brits reflects more on recent British RL youth development as a whole, rather than Salford's in particular.
