Chase is looking at Ropati before his feet leave the ground and before he swings his elbow through his face and subsequently breaking his jaw, after the malicious attack, not one single Cas player checks if he is ok, More importantly - Chase, who will have known full well how much contact he made, may even have felt it break. Instead e stuck his chest out, clenched his fists and trotted off all happy with himself at doing what he set out to do, which was put in a massive hit.
Poor technique is not the reason that Chase's arm/elbow ended up across an opponents face, like I've said, Chase saw where his arm was yet still followed through with all of his weight, additionally he jumped into it which has added more force.

No need for me to go back 30 odd pages then what he said ^
The reaction to be honest was the worst thing and I lost a lot of respect for one of the very best players in SL right now. The RFL disciplinary should be reported by Fev for only giving that a Grade C charge - disgusting!
He wanted to put a shot on to lift his side but in a simply poop house way did it to cause direct damage to a colleague. I never like to bring personal circumstances / injuries into judging how bad a tackle was as some can be accidental. But that was a part time lad who now may struggle to pay his mortgage. Hope he's proud of himself. Makes you feel sick with all his 'I left Aus / NZ for a better life playing rugby, yup... just like Tangi did!
