I thought elbows and forearms were 8 match jobs not 3 or 4 i.e. Cassidy on Morley.

It looked like a premeditated strike to the face. I'm really surprised the commentators didn't have a second look at the incident as Ropati's face was drooping down at one side. Looked like a bad broken jaw.

I don't think SKY wanted to dwell on it and spoil their classic match coverage.

Incidentally how many games did Ablett get when he head smashed Tomkins?

They put that clip in the intro for the television coverage, so it could be watched every time people tune in. And it was on the official RFL "trailers" too.

Absolutely - his reaction made it all the more unpleasant. He also had a sweary outburst at Mr Thaler at one point, because he refused to give the penalty that Rangi was trying to award himself.

I thought Fev gave all SL teams a great lesson in how to deal with Chase today; he is a player who most definitely doesn't like it up him.

He was the same against Hull when we beat them at their place. As soon as it became clear it wasn't going to be his day he started behaving like a spoilt brat. It's a shame he has to behave like that because he's a quality player.
