Lets not get into this too much, because we will never know the answers, but the point I was making is that Wakefield big issues are big and outweigh some of the areas they are above other clubs in, the academy and community set-up's being the areas I suspect they are far from bottom of the pile on! That is all I meant.

Well if you think he 'zinged' me you quite clearly didn't read my post. I said Crusaders had the potential to be a successful SL team... They do, Wales is an exciting opportunity for the development of RL. As opposed to a City stuck in the middle of other cities with bigger clubs and a SL team that has nothing going for it.

I for one said on here that it was a silly decision to allopw Brigend in on the basis its a piddling little town based in an area that has consistency failed to show enthusiasm. It was always going to fail. Much better to have some more original thinking and rationally target decent sized English towns that lack major sport. The ideal before Wimbledon FC werre enticed their might have been Milton Keynes.
