They're scum because they actively avoided paying tax for several year amounting several million pounds in unpaid tax bills. They took several smaller companies in the area out who had unpaid bills with them, as well as not paying Trinity and Dewsbury to the tune of a six figure sponsorship deal

You took the words right out of my mouth when I was reading the article, god knows. What happened leading up to this is HMRC was investigating them in relation to its historic VAT position for millions and they then liquidated the company. All that seems to have happened to them is, they've been made to sell all their assets (houses, cars, jewellery etc) and any cash they had and the 2 directors, one got banned as a company director for 13 years the other 7 years. Unbelievable eh. Like doing loads of robberies getting caught and then having to pay a fraction of it back.
