From one angle you can see that Chase always intends to hurt his opponent, his arm doesn't stop raising and he actually jumps into the tackle, his feet are off the ground whilst his elbow is in his face.The other angle shows that although initial contact isn't in the face, he can see his opponent yet still raises his arm into his face and you see his elbow flick out after there is no longer resistance from his opponents face. Chase watched his elbow break his jaw, he knew what he was doing.
