JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
Some will be happy to see London back but let’s not forget just how many where glad to see the back of them only a few years back.
Definitely a case for a large percentage tonight that they’re only truly happy Toronto aren’t up rather then London are. Like I said earlier it’ll be interesting to see if this support from other clubs fans lasts when London go through tough times next season.

It's time to realise that we are a niche sport and no matter where we base our teams, they will all have to harvest their playing roster from the same fields. I am a London fan......drunk at 10.30 am on champagne 12,000 miles from my home town, but I accept that of the 10 cockneys in the 19 from today, 5 might make the squad for next year......and if we go down, we go down, but we have as much chance of survival as Toronto would, because the player pool is the same size no matter who you are.....the fact that I've just opened a second bottle of champers is proof that promotion/relegation needs to stay........

I genuinely wanted Toronto to go up , quite simply because they are the best equipped to be there , London , I just don't see doing anything but struggling with the same issues as last time , stadium/fan numbers , what can they do differently this time ?
For the game then Toulouse would in my opinion have been the best , even above my own club
But it's sport and on the pitch is where it should and does count , 3 defeats to Leigh , but winning when it counts , I wish them all the best , but it won't be easy
What if London could be allowed to sign their former products now at other clubs: Louis McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Daniel Sarginson, Anthony Clubb, and Mason Caton-Brown? What a team they would have!

You just couldn't help yourself, could you?
FWIW, I don't think we are ready and I believe we will feature at the foot of the table in 2019, but we earned that right......the defensive display was epic and it was true "finals" footie...... good luck ext year....you might get to beat us in the cup
