Checked on Groupon to see if there was a deal on for Wembley. Didn;t find one for us, but found this: http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/events/g ... 1/29493241 I thought it was just RL that did cheap tickets? Someone better tell William Eve.

Albeit you're looking at the RL equivalent of a regular SL round of Wigan vs Saints being played Old Trafford, then perhaps you're trying to make some sort of point about needing discounted tickets to fill the capacity ?????

Nope, I think they made a good job of cobbling together many systems to make one booking interface for a one off event.

Bought this afternoon 5x hospitality for OT next Saturday. £1300. Why just because I can and I want to support RL in this country. Whoever's in the final it will be money well spent. Plus I couldn't get 5 seats together anywhere else in the stadium so I thought sod it. This only happens on these shores once a decade.

I suspect there are good ways to use Groupon and there are bad ways...you've found a good way which has simply highlighted the bad ways in which they have been used by League.... well done
