Heavy marketing at the final for the Semi-Final with posters all over the ground and several video's before kick-off. Such a shame that the final itself was probably the biggest turn-off for RL in years!
I'm worried about the appearance of Wembley on RLWC Semi Finals day, and particularly so after yesterday's CC Final when an alleged 78,000 in attendance looked as empty as it did.
How empty is an officially announced attendance of around 60,000 going to look on TV? Assuming the attendance includes all those empty ring of indifference seats and other empty Club Wembley seats around the halfway line on the lower tiers.

Club Wembley is not part of the 'season ticket' for the World Cup Semi-Finals. Therefore those seats will be filled and will look much better on TV than the Challenge Cup match the other day. The aim of the RLWC team should be to sell all the upper tier tickets in front of the camera before opening up the rest of the upper tier for the semi finals; they should also do that for the Challenge Cup too.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware of that. Huge relief all round! We just need to sell those seats now.
Good news about the club wembley.it will now look better on t.v if we only sell 60k than the challenge cup finals in recent years which have pulled 20k more.
They are selling really well; I've managed to sell 50 tickets in Club Wembley myself to work colleagues so can't see that area not selling out.
Bet the view from those seats is fantastic! just the right height, without the 'overhang' from the tier above that the top rows of the lower tier suffers from.

At the Four Nations in 2011, I sat in the back row of the lower tier; it was still a great view. At the Cup Final on Saturday, I was in the first row of the Upper Tier; again a fantastic view. The worst one I have so far was near the top of the Upper Tier at the Cup Final last year but even that was a decent view. I am looking forward to Club Wembley immensely but I don't think there is a bad view in the entire stadium at Wembley.
