Both Wigan and Wire look (on paper) to have improved their squads and should be a little closer to Saints than last season.
However, unlike the last stage of "Le Tour", this will be no coronation procession.
Last time I looked, a ball hadn't been passed or kicked yet and with confidence + luck with injuries being such a big part of our sport, perhaps it's better to wait and see how things pan out.
As we know, it's all about making the play offs, hopefully with a home tie and having your best 13/17 players available.
Should be a decent season, with 4/5 clubs looking like they will probably share the play off spots and the rest just hoping that they dont fall too low.
It could be really tight at the wrong end of the table again and the luck with injuries is likely to be even more important down there.
