I wouldn’t mind but give Saints or Leeds the Salary sombrero Warrington seem to get away with and both clubs would be untouchable.
They're really bad at constructing teams. The players they sign, on an individual level, usually are quality players ability-wise, but all too often they don't fit in, don't have the right mentality or even worse underperform in Warrington's environment. They've never really moved on from the mid-2000s era when they'd just got the new stadium, were getting ambitious and started signings 'names' Gleeson et-al. They peaked in 11/12 under Tony Smith, and ever since have had a soft underbelly.
