That was again ugly from Tompkins.

Wire a bit clueless on the 6th tackle option all half. bit of a scrappy affair so far, apart from a few decent touches from each side, Wigan need to complete sets and Wire need more attacking threat.

Bit of handbags on the way to the tunnel there.

There is but I think a lot of credit goes to good defence rather than last years sloppiness in wet weather.

The trip should have been a instant yellow.

The second one is harder to prove but in my view is Tompkins trying to hurt someone but subtle in doing it.

The smiling assassin . The only positive is that his goal kicking is so poor it has handed wire a chance.

Unfortunately they seem so clueless in attack I doubt they will score enough to break Wigan down to get enough points.
