Another concrete spin-off of the Catalans Dragons victory would be if the Toulouse Olympique club is able to use the victory to gain more corporate sponsorship, and perhaps local fans, for itself.

It might not be a bad idea for the Catalans club to parade the Cup at a press-attended event in Toulouse. After all, Catalans want very much to have Toulouse as a rival in Super League.

Parading the trophy @ the nou camp would really be amazing. If Catalan dragons can get new fans that's great and then there is the power brokers in Catalonia. These are the people Catalan want to attract.

Catalans are not an expansion team, they’ve had a club and have been playing rugby there since the 1930s.
