| Have to say, wish our coach was half as upset when we lost.
Great game

| Quote meast="meast"shaun wane complaining that the officials let the opposition lie on and slow the ruck down
'"
Except he didn't. What he said was "they lied on better in the contact" and "they controlled the ruck speed very very well which they always do and the officials allowed them to do that". He was actually paying you a compliment on controlling the contact, the tackle and the ruck better than Wigan did and doing it in such a way the officials were happy with it.
He also said, "they completed their sets better, they ended their sets better, they had a bit more vigour ... they were the better team, we were beaten by the better team no doubt about that, they deserve to be in the semi finals and we don't."
He's right. Cas offered more and defended like Wigan did against Leeds a few weeks ago. Wigan ran out of ideas in attack and offered very little. Cas were superb and deserved it.
Got to say though, from the reaction you'd think Cas won the cup today. How many times do you see the entire squad and coaching staff posing for a picture under the sticks!

Erm, Cas do it most weeks. It's called showing family spirit with the fans and creating moments.
People really need to get over this and stop crying about it.
I mean, the Wigan account has tweeted a pic of the U19s stood on a balcony after beating London. Tsk, small club mentality....

Why shouldn't they be jubilant. They've just won a match that no one (except themselves) probably expected them to win. The best team won and rightly celebrated.

Wane threw in the obligatory ''cas deserved it they played well etc etc'' so he could never be accused of being anything but a gracious loser, but it was also obvious what wane was insinuating in between all that, very diplomatically.

| Cas have photos under the sticks each week. It's part of our water boy (Matthew merrick's) photography company for his website.

Fair enough if that's the case.
Still looked to the rest of the world like you'd won your cup final.

Well at least they've still got a chance of winning one.

| The Cas players have a photo under the sticks after every win. We're a family club with a family spirit and it involves the fans. I don't see why people find it so hilarious that a club acknowledges their fans.
