Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.

We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.

But you’ve got to keep believing.

Re: World Cup Ticket Sales : Sat Nov 02, 2013 9:45 pm
Headingley's South Stand appears now to be sold out for the NZ-PNG game. In the North Stand the only seats now on sale are for sections A and H, those overlooking the 20m areas.

The Carnegie Stand terrace is down to around 500 remaining tickets.

There remains plenty of space in the ridiculously priced (at undiscounted face value) Carnegie Stand seats and, unsurprisingly, the Western Terrace.

On this basis, they should be up to around 15,000 in sales now.

14,137 at Langtree Park tonight, thats a lot better than what was being predicted even a week ago.

I just hope that this weekends blow-out scores don't take the wind out of the positivity that round1 generated

Oh dear.....
You should learn to differentiate between criticism of the way the game is run and the game itself.
Btw, teams that finished 4th and 5th in 2008 as well as the team ranked 4 in the world have failed to score a try this weekend against #1 #2 and #3......but at least they got more fans to those 3 World Cup games than they got at TW2 eh........

Hi Andy

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

The reason they were empty seats was because due to health and safety reasons (madness i know) they can't sell all seats.

Also a lot will have been sold to hospitality. My local gym were saying they brought a load of tickets for the game and were giving them away as prizes for an outdoor tournament they were doing, but due to the weather they couldn't go ahead with the tournament so had a load of tickets.

I thought that only applied to unreserved areas? Ninety percent of seats IIRC. I would have thought that today's game was all reserved seating.

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

A great turn out at Langtree Park.
