A sell out at Wembley is not impossible. It's still 4 weeks away.

But it's a heck of a lot of seats to sell. I would not go off the website to indicate anything given that some unavailable areas can be sold and others not.

I certainly don't think we should be disappointed if it does not sell out.

It will sell out! The bbc will be all over it like a nasty rash once/if England get through.......

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

if the fans don't turn out at Salford, it shouldn't host another England or CC Semi Final game for a few years. Even Doncaster got more than Salford for its world cup warm-up game. For a brand new stadium, slap bang in the middle of the M62 the crowds just aren't good enough

A warm up game is a nothing game though. Only die hards will go to that, if at all. I'm a die hard but I didn't go because (a) I'd spent a fortune on real world cup tickets and (b ) I didn't want my image of England spoiled for Cardiff.

Break that World Cup record (in either code) of 83,000 and everyone will have smiles as wide as the Wembley arch.

That's something huge to aim for and would be beyond anyone's wildest dreams pre tournament. I'm now not too sure it is. I feel we still will fall short of that but if we push it above 70,000 that's incredible.

The referee's indecision is final

Re: World Cup Ticket Sales : Fri Nov 01, 2013 10:41 pm
workington's website is reporting a likely sell out for sunday

leigh looking good for 10000 on tuesday

no news on salford or hull kr - would hope hull kr tops the previous game especially as its likely to be a more attractive game with 2 south sea teams colliding

Lol@gutters and WEve for stressing and negativity on RLWC ticket sales as we celebrate another record crowd.
