im not arguing to keep the old format but what i am saying is this new one is just as flawed if not a lot more. Top 4 and if we have to have relegation to keep the championship clubs happy just bring back normal promotion and relegation 1 team a season. At least RFL maybe able to financial afford to subsides one team a year in the championship.

I completely get what you say,i don't think you do though, 4 teams will play 4 championship teams because they are the worst 4 and deserve it.

4 championship teams will play these bottom 4 because they DESERVE too.

Yes I’m as giddy as a kipper, especially with such jeopardy of four SL sides & four Championship sides playing a mini league, I couldn’t possibly guess the outcome.

Well no you couldn't, someone who has played and been on the end of a "good hiding" by a so called "lesser" team would not write something like this.

Half, that's been optimistic. 7 weeks in a row it's pay on a gate. You have a family of four, how the hell do you think families will pay for this? Playing in front of half empty stadiums, wow that's progress!!!

haven't you also just said fev have won the championship for the last 2 years or something?

ok so you beat one super league team in 3 attempts and lost to possible the worse super league side for the past 10 years last year hardly a solid argument.

Your excitement is understandable after years of been refused a place at the top table, however, unless the S.C chasm between S.L & Championship isn’t vastly reduced I just can’t see how it will happen.

You can’t use a friendly against Wakey & a cup upset against Cas as proof positive.

Deserve? Meh, this is a business. If we weaken the product too much it'll cost us. Do what Smokey said earlier, limit the number of games a player can participate in instead; or equivalently enforce a minimum number of games for academy players (to the extent that top players should have to be rested) or something.

But it doesn't back up yours does it. End of the day you can only assume SL teams will win.
