Yep that would be the one. Graham was punished for his indiscretion though, a lot of Bailey's reviews on the RFL site say things like "unclear as to initial point of contact", such as the one on Riley in the Challenge Cup Final.
So you would like Bailey proven guilty on the basis of lack of evidence?
a few of Baileys 'indescretions'
When Bailey has been found guilty of something he has been punished, when he hasnt done anything wrong, or it isnt clear he hasnt, like everybody in RL.

There are quite a few records for Bailey as well. They can't all be "inconclusive", "unsure", "unintentional" all of the time either!
Oh wait, I didn't read them all. Sometimes he gets a warning letter as well. How did that do?
yeah, some of them are 'Player does make contact with head of opponent, shoulder not elbow or forearm, not an illegal challenge, opponent dips into tackle'
'Committed to tackle. No contact with head or neck'
its ok, he doesnt need to read the warning letters, apparently for some reason a Judge and a referee and a former player would all definitely give up their integrity to protect Ryan Bailey, for some reason, a reason no-one really knows. A reason that links people as diverse as Judge Peter Charlesworth and Dean Sampson. But a mysterious reason all the same
Its strange but i suppose we should accept it, after all its RYAN BAILEY, wont somebody please think of the children?

At our recent game against Leeds, Bailey was niggling as usual and the crowd gave him loads, as usual. At the end of the game he came over and clapped us before going to his own fans, he went up a bit in my view for his sportsmanship in defeat.

If he could have gained a win from kicking your dog and eating your babies, he'd have jumped at the chance
