When people mock Hull they are thinking of the housing estates. Hull city centre and in particular the old town are well worth a visit. But in general if the criteria for a worthy rugby team is a fascinating location then that's 95% of teams scuppered.

Thanks for your review - I really don't think I'll suggest it as a romantic break for me and the wife just yet though. She can have a pretty short temper and I don't fancy an expensive divorce at the moment.
Because they are both failed SL clubs, time for someone else to get a chance. Nobody would ever chose to go to Leigh or Widnes.
What a joke of a poster then I read your post saying Wigan Warrington and Leigh don’t have that much history. That’s funny. Il add Widnes to that end too.
But history anyway shouldn’t be a criteria as such for criteria into superleague
If you can’t go off and choose a current GF winner then your heading down the road of looking at
Facilities and stadium Finances Youth development Crowds
If a team does get picked, let’s not overthink or complicate the situation. Whoever comes up will be odds to finish bottom. Let’s not for a second be looking for a competitive play off top 5 SL to come up.

Ppp, IR80 is a brilliant troll. One of the best on here.
Hull and Huddersfield have huge history, Warrington, Leigh, Wigan not so much, do you ever travel, understand the places you visit?
Remarkable statement from someone castigating others for not knowing history.
Lewis Carroll (Warrington) Warrington bombing and its role in the Northern Ireland peace process Orwell's The Road to Wigan Pier The Spinning Jenny (Leigh) Significant English Civil War battles in Wigan and Leigh First steam railway (Liverpool - Earlestown, just north of Warrington, where the first fatal rail accident also occured - Manchester)
'Great defence, always wins games, y'only have to score one more point than them. If tha does, tha'll win, if that doesn't tha'll lose, learn from it, more than the win last week.'. Peter Fox, 1980.
Fev (at least) were the club beaten by Toronto, which, due to the lack of RL since that game, puts them in poll position. Personally, I'd like to see Toulouse take the spot but, despite being challengers and having had a decent start to the season, their would be very loud shouts of "FAVOURITISM" (or worse), if they got the nod. Of the rest, you then look at Leigh, Widnes or London. York, Bradford and Newcastle havent been in contention and to suddenly elevate any of these (or Bradford) would just be taking the Mickey although, in time, any of them could be proper contenders.
the problem with saying so and so should not be allowed in because they don't have a pot to tinkle in is that some clubs already in superleague are in a similar poor position financially. in order to exclude clubs who are not going to bring any value, you have to speak from a position of strength in the first place
