Rather than "dropping" Widdop, I think Bennett has just allowed the other two half backs to audition for the number 7 shirt. Gale flopped again so expect Widdop and Williams to play against Australia next week.

How many Pens have their been this game, missed some of the first half. Since I've been watching the ref has hardly had to call one. Far cry from the last game.

I personally find it baffling that a 30,000 capacity ground cant be full for a double header featuring the 3 best teams in the world.
