I don't think there are many Whippet racing RL fans around these days, bit of a dead sport unless your of the "travelling" persuasion, and everyone knows RL fans don't travel anywhere (GF, CCF, RLWC13 don't count - obviously!). Last time I looked there were no pits left in RL territory either. Not sure about pigeons, but since we are being stereotypical I would happily wager there are more Bronco fans who eat jellied eels.....

I don't have an issue with your posts, since although they tend to ramble on and come across as being somewhat OCD you do raise a level of debate - unlike WE who simply posts endless inane drivel and should be banned for being a dork (nothing personal, just a fact as I see it).

Some of your facts and figures are very lob-sided, but so are those of others so I guess that sort of balances out - it is true that anything can be proved with statistics. Be nice if you could just chill out a little at times and ease off on the caffeine perhaps

This is a thread regarding the RLWC ticket sales and therefore it invites opinion on the number of tickets sold.....given there are no concrete numbers actually available, speculation will rule and just because young Billy doesn't subscribe to the amateur sleuths on here as to "greyed out areas" is no excuse to call for him to be banned.

There is a word for people who try to silence those that disagree with them....fascist and I have to say, that is how you and speccy's imaginary "vast majority" are coming across

Whine away all you like or better still, put me on ignore, but I have broken no rules and will continue to question the way the sport is governed in the UK.

I'm not a naturally negative person so I don't see things the way you do, but i do find your comments interesting.
I don't think you should be banned (unless you break the rules same as anyone else)

The thing is though, in point 4, if you don't think your comments are going to make any difference.......apart from winding people up on here, why make them?
The only conclussion is you are doing it to, dare I say it, wind people up.

I think your comparisons to Rugby Union are more valid than that.
Although I'm 100% League, I have played Union for a lot of years and been part of the club set up. There is no doubt Union management and marketing (and money) is significantly better than League, however, everything in Union is not rosey and there are plenty of things they are trying to learn from us. (the difference is they do learn)

The problem is, when you only state the negative, you come across as pro Union and Anti League, which unfortunately has no real place on here.

Anyway, I was thinking this morning if the level of media coverage we've had this week had started a week earlier I reckon Cardiff and all venues would have sold out.

Just hope the crowd is half decent tomorrow after all this weeks build up.
