That if this seasons attendances were within 5% of the 2011 attendances he would pay £100 to the charity of my choice and if they were more than 5% lower I would pay £100 to the charity of his choice.

But you originally claimed that SL attendances in 2013 were on course to becoming the second highest ever recorded in the history of the game! They aren't even keeping up with SL attendances in 2011, 2010 and 2009
