SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
Unlucky Bulls. Great game. I said at the time should have gone for the try instead of the kick at the end, just never fancied him to get it under the pressure.
Lowes should probably have declined an interview at the end there and allowed himself a little time to reflect on things and cool down a bit, i'm sure he is regretting saying a few of those things on camera right now.
Addy "knock on" that was a ball steal, Wakefield get a penalty and score that set.
Ball bounces off the Bradford players neck/chest no try.
Ball steal at the end of the game.
There's 3 off the top of my head.

Seriously they must be the luckiest team in the comp - how many times are they gonna be saved from the brink? Let's hope they stop sitting on their hands and try and become a sustainable club for once
Don’t be too downhearted kids, at least you’ll get your usual points haul next season now .
I actually feel for Lowes and completely understand his annoyance at the disallowed try. The ball bounces off his chest and his hands are nowhere near the ball and yet it's given a knock on. Where is the difference between that and when somebody uses their body to stop a ball before picking it up after it's been kicked to them by the opposing team? When that happens they get to play on yet if it happens when you're attacking it's considered a dropped ball? How about last year when Monaghan was awarded a try after Myler chucked the ball at Currie's head? It then bounced forward 10 metres for Joel to score. Try given. What really is the difference between a ball unknowingly hitting your head and unknowingly hitting your chest while your arms are down? Not enough imo.
It hit his shoulder not his chest. That's why it was given as a knock on.
We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.
The million pound game and the playoffs seem to have worked. The middle 8's will probably benefit the championship sides for next year and the rest of SL will probably learn that they need to get up to speed quicker to be in the running for the middle 8's.
It's not been a roaring success, but neither has it been a flop.
I'd give the system an average rating for its first year
