2. Yes, it's designed for clashes, but again, I'd still prefer it if teams didn't have identical kits. Can't see a problem with that opinion myself.
3. I'd prefer it if they didn't have identical designs, yes, but both teams have a history of playing in cherry and white hoops. Even then Leigh and Wigan have had very varying designs over the years. Neither Hull FC or Widnes traditionally play in black with white chevron, and it just seems a bit daft with only 14 teams to have a repeat kit design.

I think you're confusing colour clashes with identical kits. Either way I don't know why you're getting so worked up about it. ATEOTD I think it would be better if Hull and Widnes didn't both end up in black with white chevron - sorry if that upsets you.
