That’s not what you claimed previously Billy. Your ‘real rugby league’ credentials are slipping.

My tickets for the final arrived today. Great. Apart from the fact I ordered 2 adults and a junior, and I have received 2 adults only. On the opposite side of the ground...

Indeed, that is previously the case. When my tickets were purchased way back... along with the early delivery of 2 free world cup beanies... two of the games I'd purchased tickets for involved Fiji. You can imagine my surprise recently when I discovered tickets had arrived in the post for Fiji against England. I'm sure I'd selected the Fiji V Australia game instead.

I'll definitely be attending less England games at the RLWC2013 than I did at the RLWC08 event down under. I made that promise to myself in the wake of England's excrementitious offerings five years ago.

Im sure those of us who are attending England games are universally delighted at the news.

RLWC Ticket Sales - giving a whole new meaning to the term "sold out".

It is common for single seats to become available through cancellations and returns nearer an event, this isn't unique to RL

The feeling is definitely mutual. I'd rather not mingle or interact with the modern day fans of discounted Super League or their offspring England brand.

Managed this successfully down under in 2008 so I'm sure I'll manage again 8)

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

It makes commercial sense that if you only have single seats left, to open up other sections of the ground and show those areas as sold out.

It would make no sense to show availability in those lower sections, meaning people have to click through every section, when buying more than 1 ticket.

My point was more to inform those looking just at getting single tickets, that more areas are available.

It's likely even when sold out most modern stadia, leave empty seats. (and that's for all sports)

Of course you know this, but it was another chance for you to be either positive or negative.

When given the choice which way did you go???

Time for the RFL to press for better service....even if they make a representation and get turned away.
