Leigh we all know are a disaster waiting to happen but they're not in SL yet and probably won't stick around for very long anyway.
Please elaborate The Ghost of Xmas's to come. You've not stopped crying since Zak left LEEDS! LEEDS! LEEDS! for the mighty LEOPARDS!!
As long as Leigh invest everything into only first team players and scrimp on everything else they will not be taken seriously. A decent coach might help too.
No doubt when this latest bit of short-termism falls apart Beaumont will do a runner and stop paying everyone like he did last time.
I can safely say Leigh will bring more away support than you lot.
Thankyou for your correction to the ownership of Headingley, who owns the stand at the cricket as I was in the believe that some times if a match is on rather be it cricket or Rugby the other club cannot play at the same time. I am sure you will inform me.
Generally, operations at the ground are subject to an agreement between Leeds and Yorkshire which again is very involved but works in the interests of all parties and doesn't incentivise either of them to stick to only using their own facilities. So Leeds use the cricket Long Bar for corporates at RL games on top of the stuff directly attached to the RL stadium whilst Yorkshire take advantage for example of the pavilion and the hotel which are owned/controlled by Leeds.
Obviously you couldn't have two major events on at the same time so the stadium calendar is carefully controlled, with exclusion zones particularly around cricket test matches and potential SL playoff dates. But it's not uncommon for there to be a regular YCCC long-format game on in the day ending just before a Leeds game in the evening. They have by exception also managed to play both at the same time but that becomes a bit logistically painful as there are no separate turnstiles.

OK, once a year they still take their biggest game to the ground.

Now I really know you're full of BS, because you know absolutely nothing about Leigh. You've never stopped showing your hatred for Leigh for quite some time now. I think Karma will turn out to be a wonderful thing, and you will end up with egg on your face. You'll see Ghosty.

Alright chuck.
I don't hate Leigh but the amateurism and short-termism of the club owner is not helping anyone. Least of all the club if you were being honest with yourself.

So a stand is joint owned,ok. The reason Leeds played was because the pitch was frozen not because it is their biggest game of the year.

Look, Leigh helped SL in 2021 to balance the league (AFTER) all the best players available beforehand had been swallowed up. Promoted teams have always been at a disadvantage but, you're quite happy with that, so you can enjoy facing the whipping boys. You see, we now have the IMG who which will ensue to fix that problem. So, you have been part of the problem, and not the solution. Leigh have done it different this time which you deliberately fail to see/accept.
Oh, and Zak plays for Leigh now, whether you like it or not.
What will IMG see when they take a look at Leigh? They don't own their ground, have a recent history of contract issues/not paying players, reliant on one slightly but not very rich owner, no website, done a rebrand that somehow produced a non-digital compliant logo, no elite academy, no real on-field track record.

Low grade B/upper grade C looks likely to me.
So lets put Leigh back in the championship, and then what would you like to do next? Why do you keep bashing clubs for trying to make a go of it? You're nothing but a sanctimonious narcissists'.
Lots of clubs do lots of good things. All do occasional or even more frequent bad things or make poor decisions.
I've yet to see another club do the Full Beaumont, ie turn their club into a clown car of chaos, amateurish in seemingly every aspect of how they present themselves to the world.

I will repeat myself.

It's folk like you who are the problem with this sport. Personally, I would put You in a league of your own so you can play with yourselves.
