None of those things are valid enough excuses for the way we are performing, the actual results if we were competing well then fair enough, but are are playing poor across the board and clearly being coached poorly. We have to try something and we either start shipping some players out now or the coach.
You think those things aren't important? I'm struggling to see how you can reach that conclusion. Why on earth would we ship players out now? Which coach would you get to replace McDermott? Would the new coach possess some kind of magic to miraculously cure the injured players? Can this coach also magic up repairs to Kirkstall? Can this coach also magically cure the effects of not having had a training ground in pre-season?
We have to get through this period, get players back fit, get a training ground back and we'll do ok. We're only 3 players different from the team that won the treble. The team is fine, the most successful coach in this club's history is also fine. Hold our nerve, work hard and we'll be fine. People massively underestimate the effect of players playing injured and the effect of little to no preseason. It's huge.
I think losing Sinfield and Peacock is a bigger loss than anyone could imagine, Leeds still have some talented players, but some very average players, who would have been managed by those 2 on the field. without them, they appear to have no one to bond the team together.

I reckon Leeds would have been 2 or 3 more wins for the better IF those 2 blokes were still playing.
They look a poor side, we aren't much better this year, but we have had 2 fairly comfortable wins over them in the last 2 weeks. Apart from Burrow scooting from DH, they have very little attacking threat, but he can't do it on his own.
I think a lot of that comes down to where the injuries are, rather than just "injuries" as a catch-all reason/excuse. Leeds currently have a 19 year old and a 21 year old in the two key pivot positions and, whilst Liley in particular has been impressive, he is making naive decisions. Aiton has been a massive loss as well and his replacement, Faloon, has barely been fit.
The pack has also been very weak this season, which is probably a combination of factors including fitness, access to the training ground and the loss of two key props. I think that weakness up front has put more pressure on the rest of the team and, if you look at the performances of the likes of Watkins, Hardaker and Hall in particular this year, it's really showing. Those three in particular are having to carry a lot of weight on their shoulders and their confidence is clearly shot.

Same thing happened with us at the start of the season, which a lot of our fans, couldn't see, or wouldn't accept. it wasn't so much the actual injuries, but the disruptions these caused throughout the team every week, i think we had 6 different full backs in our first 8 games and 6 different half back pairings, our left side was different for 7 successive games, only Jerry and Leroy were able to keep some sort of partnership together for more than 2 games. In a team game like RL, more than most, disruptions to these mini teams hit teams hard when they are changed every week.
