Can't see the RL club getting a bean. Does he even know they were part of the deal? Looks like he's going to throw God knows how much at DRFC in the hope they get to the Premiership. Then what? He'll be having to do the "Reunion tour" to keep financing them before they've even had chance to split up! Silly boy. Should have left well alone like Robbie did with Port Vale.

Didn't he play for the Doncaster Rovers reserves not long ago? So he's just got himself a BOGOF sort of offer on sports clubs

Personally I think it's good publicity. Even if he doesn't really put any more money into the rugby team I don't really see this as a bad thing. He's not alone, he's got other experienced guys working alongside him.

The only observation I have of Louis Tomlinson and the rest of his 'band' is that they could do with a good wash and a visit to the barbers.

They're not exactly bankrolling everything having also set up a crowdsourcing scheme:

"The pair want fans and football supporters to make pledges of cash to reach a funding target of £2m to support their ambitions for the club.

The Tomlinson Ryan Trust set up by the two men will put in an unspecified six-figure sum as part of the campaign "to show its commitment and to encourage fans to come on the journey with them".

Love how on a rugby league site nobody will admit to knowing who Louis Tomlinson is hahahaha. Go on a football site and everyone will be able to name each and every song like
