No, I'm clearly saying that the three year franchises will have bought them more time than if it hadn't been in place.

I thought the raison d'etre of the three year window was to facilitate clubs to grow steadily and more organiclaly rather than looking for knee jerk (and generally expensive) quick fixes.

Yes in terms of players, not incompetent, unprofessional coaches who are ruining clubs like Lowes is.

Warrington are on their worst run for 12 years, and he still hasn't been sacked. Nothing knee-jerk there.
