Stokes garbage in the Wigan game. Hicks letting Hull play at a totally different speed to Cas last night (Hull were laying on for near 10 seconds Cas were penalised if they weren't off in 5). Thaler with his bipolar interpretations of what is and isn't obstruction. Bentham might as well have a Saints shirt on tonight. Child not giving the Hull KR try in the corner.

The standard of officiating is horrendous.
Point of order, stop talking cack, Cas were laying on all night just as much and got plenty of calls in their favour including two head shots that were never called by Hicks. And if the 'obstruction' was from last nights match, it clearly was never an obstruction, ball WAS outside of the player for starters. The players own reaction was enough as there wasn't any obstruction at all. HTH

Don't talk crap. Hull got away with murder all night, one of the most one sided displays of reffing you'll ever see the losing tram benefit from having.
And you're right, there was no obstruction in the Solomona try, Pryce turned into a footballer and dived.
The no try decision against the Hull KR winger was a very harsh call.
I don't blame the VR, I blame the rules. Under the current rules the ref sends it up as a no try therefore the VR has to find conclusive proof to over rule that. It's probably fair to say the evidence wasn't conclusive so the try is not given.
I'd rather it be sent up for the VR to make a decision, if thenVR can't make one within 2 mins then we go with refs call. I don't understand why the ref has to make a decision prior to it going to the VR and for that decision to influence the VR's decision.
"I've got a try"/"I've got no try" is the worst thing about this sport at the moment.
There's nothing good about this type of video ref referral. Nowt!
The ref hasn't got a clue (otherwise he'd give a decision there and then) so guesses at a decision and sends it upstairs to two people who have to try and prove him wrong otherwise they have to go with the guess the ref has had. Utterly barmy and totally bobbins!
