Despite giving it large about how they were going to transform RL in the UK , IMGt, somehow give 2 Teams who have no fans. Have no academies, a stadium, that looked ancient 40 years ago and a team that has no chance of winning anything ever, an A licence.

Let that sink in. The 2 biggest wasters in the north of England have been Deemed to be on a par with the likes of Wigan and Warrington.
