To clear up the Wire tried backing out/ Cas couldn't afford to rumour.



Daz was sat down, Cas offered wire their money back plus compensation which they agreed to accept begrudgingly. And Daz a monster payrise to stay. But. He still wanted to go as he thought it'd get him to the NRL quicker.

To be honest, unless Warrington were to offer him a mega-bucks contract, why would he?

He seems happy at the moment,could change in the future i guess.



Powell is left to do his job and appears to have a good working relationship with the C.E.O at Cas. Whether he would get that at other clubs is open to debate. I believe he had a fall out with some members of the Fev board before he left for us so how he would work with the guys at the top at any club west ot the pennies is anybodys guess?

Seems like Clark is suffering from Shenton Syndrome, or Big Fish/Small Pond Disease.

Shenton was injured and used wrongly at St Helens.



That's why he's always been very good for Cas and more than held his own at international level - for the most part he's been at 100% fitness.
