Just as importantly, some young kids in the reserves signing FT contracts too. Its looking good for us with a FT team full of solidarity and experience of playing together for years to come.

There will be a number of announcements at Leigh in the coming weeks, we have confidence in our young players and are agreeing full time deals with them almost daily
Wigan and Leeds have shown the benefits of structure and continuity, you should always learn from the best

From a outsider looking in, the amount of investment in clubs outside of Superleague is on the up, and that can only be good for the sport.

Given that there are only 2 decent teams in SL (Saints and Leeds), I don't think top 4 within 5 years will be very difficult

It looks like the fake sheik is up to his old tricks again now that some Featherstone fans have started to question what they will do if he pulls out his “investment”.
Getting players signed up like Kent, Blackmore and Bridge on loan haven’t set the world alight down Post Office Road so what does he do – puts an offer in for Brough, Crabtree and Ferres from Huddersfield. Of course it’s instantly laughed off by Huddersfield.
Could it be a PR stunt or just a way of getting the fans to believe that they really are aiming high?

It looks to me like a bloke who desperately wants to be Marwan Koukash, clumsily emulating the Dr's headline grabbing, cock of the walk approach to player recruitment, but getting it embarrassingly wrong.

I would add that I think he is taking "advice" from another ex-employee from the Jungle.

They tried for Broughy but got Seijka on loan- says it all really. He is making himself look daft.
