Yep, nine points behind everyone else at the start of next season. Gateshead negotiated six point deduction in the agreement they were relegated instead of Leigh last season. |

Sad news but hardly surprising.Havens gates have dropped alarmingly in recent seasons from 2500ish to 3 figures.

Oldham also have a winding up order against them. RL outside of SL is on its knees - the rate we are going, London Skolars and Gateshead will make the C1 play-offs next season without needing to win a match!

Still is a heartland of talent and plenty of RL spectators as well. Trouble is, those spectators would rather travel hundreds of miles to watch Super League games rather than watch the teams on their doorstep. |

The rfl need to create some structures to increase the stability of all proffesional clubs.

I think it was the players being asked to take pay cuts and some players leaving.
I fail to see how apportioning blame is sensible,(regarding spectators) when it appears as though the people at the top are to blame and allowing those who let the club disintegrate are permitted to buy it back.
