Coote has retired, and Hull KR have sent out the guy they bought mid-season as a replacement on loan to us.

Why did they sign him?

Not to mention Willie Peters said they signed Peta Hiku to play Fullback for them next year as well...

I don't know where he fits into their system. If Zenon plays well for K.R whilst on loan, with Tomkins retiring, I would fully expect him to be in the Catalans team next season to replace him

What ever the politics behind this nothing makes any sense at all but he's in France and hopefully he will be playing for us tomorrow.

Jack Walker to be released from Hull KR at the end of the season. Would you have him back?

Personally yes. He's a quality FB and we need one so Holmes can go in at HB.

Think he was badly advised going to KR. He played 3? 4? games since leaving us at beginning of June. That's with Coote retiring. Think he would have been so much better just playing the rest of the season with us and getting game time.

I agree. I get that he wanted to get back into Super League but things haven't worked out for him at KR. He would have been better staying with us and when a guaranteed FB spot opened up he could have left and walked straight into a Super League team.

My money would be on him going to Featherstone if they go up next year.

Possibly would have him back but he'd be a big earner and is quite injury prone. I too prefer Holmes in at halfback but I'd be reluctant to spend big on Walker at the expense of every other area. It's a fine balancing act. It does look like HKR are after a better quality of player with the likes of May and Hiku coming in. I can see him going to the promoted side or somewhere like Wakey or Cas.
