Agree scurr looks a player. Will be happy if we hang on to him and not the usual make a name and move on..

I listened on the Beeb and it was a feed from BBC Cumbria. Inevitably a bit biased to the home team, but the commentator and the summariser (who was the Barrow coach) were super-impressed by Ebon Scurr

I'll be amazed if Scurr stays. If he gets a SL offer he'll be gone and you wouldn't blame him.

Failed again to play for the full 80 minutes. We are still lacking fitness in key areas. Hopefully that is something that can be worked on and we can keep moving forward

From what I've seen so far, he's far too raw for a SL side to be taking a chance on him just yet.

Sadly so, although you would think another couple of seasons in our setup would also serve him well. We can hope!

Another win today in what is always a tough away day, I am sure Kear will be happy with that after the long drive up to Cumbria.

Always amuses me that "the long drive to cumbria". The players have a lovely 2 and half hour sit on a bus. I drive it regularly, its no biggy..

Well I am reasonably confident no bus does that journey in 2.5 hours, either way it is usually a tricky away fixture for various reasons so I think the team will be satisfied with that result.
